Precise screw has greatly improved injection precision and reduced defect rate. Optional original imported pneumatic nozzles are easy to open and close, with reliable sealing; and adopt reinforced cylinder thickness and high-power heating device to ensure plasticizing efficiency.
The clamping system
1. Adopt high rigidity thick pressure plate to reduce mold expansion deformation;
2. Optimize the five-point toggle bar clamping mechanism to achieve uniform load, stability and fast movement of flat plate.
